Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If GenPRD isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase of any paid plan and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are charged automatically. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge and we will refund that renewal, provided the plan has not been substantially used since the charge (e.g. a large number of specs generated).

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. Credit packs (Starter)

Starter billing cycles include 30 spec credits. Refunded cycles have their credits removed. If credits from the refunded cycle were already spent, we may deduct the used portion from the refund or decline the refund for that cycle.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. How to request

Email us (address in the footer) from the email linked to your account, with the word "Refund" in the subject. Include the approximate purchase date. We respond within 2 business days.
